Retranscription des paroles de la vidéo: boo yeah well we’re not working on the Volkswagen today let me tell you that all I’m doing is moving some stuff around cuz we’re starting to get confined here the weather’s cold the wind’s blowing trying to work on that we got a camper in the shop and uh starting to put stuff on top of each other so stand by we’re going to work on this very soon but today piece of Steel and maybe lever it off of here and try to bring this up cuz I can get in underneath with a hammer there’s room so I would try to put some stress and just just bring this up just a bit I might even have to cut off some of these tack welds in this area but I mean for a novice like me I’m getting a result is it an A+ nope Mr longard let us know in the comments yeah I think ideally that would come off it would be formed and reattached sort of like what I did yesterday to get that rise but like like the great Jean Winfield says and we are giving him total credit every day is a school day I’m learning yeah and he would be so proud of you like for real it’s just interesting because in the past I was Metal Master Ian rousell is going to create a miracle in front of your very eyes this is what really happens every day every day is a school day thank you Jean every day is a school day let’s get this other Fender that Victor found yeah cuz we’re trying to get this build out to Victor to do his magic on it because and Victor’s uh got a a gang of talented body men so my my my my mission here is the rough you know Victor’s inspired design rough it out and they’ll refine it so I’m just critiquing myself there’s nothing wrong with that no not at all oh you didn’t catch yesterday’s event this is how this is how it happened I levered this up so I was saying what if I created like a long bridge here and then levered it up it just might work I’m going to hold on to this it looks like a very tool good tool that you made that you might need again whatever it takes Jean told me that he would build make his own tools to get the job done exhibit a literally Saga of symmetry take one all right so now we’re going to try as we use the paper to template to get a gauge of where uh we need to improve we’re going to use some kind of a gauge to figure out how we cut that thing freehanded we didn’t take any measurements we just we wung it that’s the past tense I’ve Winged It All right so looking at this it appears there’s somewhere in this area we went something like that oops I kicked it a teeny bit I don’t to about the second hole number two down here then we’re about this height and we came up and over like that so I’m I know that this piece is way oversiz of what was applied but let’s just hog that out with the big old grinder we’ll carry on [Music] so on this side we’re going to make a template this is pretty much again if we went back to the videotape we’d know exactly what happened but I remember making a number of trims as we figured this out so I’m just going to say should we take my hand I can feel the welds right in here see they’re starting to pop up so it’s like that it’s like that it’s like that right around cool let’s do a quick cut again doesn’t have to be perfect as long as it comes in close yeah darn close cool yeah so there it is got some welds showing that’s that it comes right into the running board we’re going to put that on the other Fender all right so that’s kind of where we’re at I’m going to take this bring that straighter that cool let’s cut that off oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] you like that karate kick huh I can’t hear you Thea yes [Applause] [Music] [Music] all [Music] right I just had a little quiz who knows what these came from o they look like washers but they’re not cuz washers look like that so Jamie in her editing magic is going to show what those came for that’s right they are the cutouts from the floor of the space junkie 1.5 we’ve got a lot of them so when we used the whole saw in the chassis rails out popped one of these every time and we welded in those little cups so that’s about how important they are I’m going to clean all this up Jamie why don’t you go take a take a rest it’s going to get very messy in here that seemed like it was very gross piece of cake so I got all this cleaned up open the doors evacuated the air let’s put this on and see what’s developing one thing I didn’t think was uh I made this cut first where on the other side I made this cut last if you remember yeah I was having a peak so hopefully I didn’t cut that too much let’s explore now we’re good we’re good we’re good we’re good cool down here though H now I can make that work yeah that’s right cuz I made those two bottoms over there that’s what it was okay so that slant of the fender comes right into the corner of the door jam then we created the running board extension so I have to cut this off flush but yeah so I’m going to come in right here going to go bada bing bada boom [Music] all right let’s try that again that landed right there in like that yeah cool just like that all right so looking we can see the gaps on both sides so I’m going to come in and trim this all way like so yeah look at that nice nice all right so that looks good this looks good now let’s get into this now we want to take this back where is that somewhere in here do this in baby steps just going to chop this off quick and then use the H here okay cooling by how much sand Mark is showing beneath it’s going to be somewhere in there and this looks good right there I’m excited yeah it’s getting close yeah cool give me a little relief right here yeah all right I think I’m going to tack this tack it in the corner here I’m going to start working it through cuz this level’s good we have to build that same thing so I’m looking at these two bolts and I want to compare that to the other side so we got uh just about that much below that Bolt so let’s mimic that look it’s about that much below that bolt cuz I saw it was making a perfect intersection with that edge all right so looking at this looks like we’re going to start cutting into here to bring these into conjunction look there’s a line right there all right remember baby steps I feel like you need a bigger metal scrap bucket I’m just saying and you need multitude of them I told you I was horrible at basketball around cuz um cuz um what does it even count if it’s laying over there oh wait no this isn’t scrap I been kicking a lot of scrap out of the way you kicked the scrap out of this [Laughter] shop yeah I like that smells like something’s burning huh but there’s leaves in that car so look what happen happened here I’m going to address that first when I removed that part of the uh Fender brace that tip down we’re going to want to tip it up we’re going to need a hook and I have a hook right over here this a dual purpose hook it reaches up into the ceiling fan to stop it from spinning and it’s a fender razor Ender lifter hook I think I can get these grips on there there it is H got it see that move before Oh My Gosh your shoe is on fire no it isn’t right maybe a little bit whoa na it ceiling fan hook for the win put it back in its [Music] holster cool we leave that in there for the moment so feel like this is still a little bit pronounced see how much we can snip that’s right on the edge this is right to the other cut mark [Music] [Music] [Music] here are you can hear that like very clear now [Music] so you turned your welder up do you tell so when I’m uh lapping metal I tend to keep the welder reasonably hot uh up to 17 volts but now uh the panels are not laed they’re butt welded so the chance for the arc to go right between it with a lot of heat is increased so I lower the volts thusly decreasing the potential for burn through lovely all right let’s take these screws out run that grinder right through there put it [Music] together is it is it a sign of immaturity to com constantly have peewee’s big adventure on your [Laughter] brain did you sign say a sign of immaturity or a sign of maturity or just gener mental illness so what I was about to say is typically I will lap the welds but when you butt weld it gets rid of that little lapped Edge so this is a perfect opportunity to talk about your big butt Simone see getting that so I use this in the in the Gap to line them up I think I’ve been through this before but see I’m putting it in between the panels and I’m raising the lower of the two to get them level like that cool all right so that’s going to need some hammer and Dolly work but I’m going to lift it take the tire off that’s a later time story put a big old clamp on this and see what happens so I just so e and I finally understand butt welding after seeing it this many times like it it clicks ah yeah and what were you going to say on the fender the the the piece was coming so the caddy Founder’s rolling down this piece is coming up and they were lapped they’re lapped over so I cut away and now they went the butt [Applause] weld see how close we were again that Gap see that Gap uh-huh ooh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] see what I had here was that little Gap little miscut right through here but able to fill that up now slowly so even though this looks like that the surface is aligned let me get in and clamp that let all this cool down [Music] just going have to wait slowly on that area cool so last time we made a template here I think we’re going to do the same thing so we want this we want this we want this all right cool so looks like we’re going to take this off right here cool so I got to trim that I don’t like that all right so our flat or horizontal line will be represented by this then this because we can’t bend the paper and shrink it at the same time we can only shrink the metal this is pretty much going to do that dig mhm cool oh how do we do the other side you remember no come over I make it in two pieces oh it’s all a mystery it’s like a archaological dig ah so I bet I made an L I made a L shape and I stretched that and I nipped it there so let’s do it so looking at this piece here all right everybody hold on this is the best part of the trip so the widest portion of our L shape is going to be that so we’re going to want to cut this here like so but we’re going to want to cut it last because we want a straight shot on the brake right through here let’s put that on the brake so I’m going to put that at 90° for the moment all right so now let’s put this in the shear so what I didn’t realize is this piece of the shear is going to limit our potential so I’m just going to work off of that I don’t know it’s not working out the same as it did on the other side let’s see what we can do here I don’t remember it being this complicated on the other side that’s why we’re covering this yeah it’s over that cool okay so I don’t remember being this difficult so we’re going to want something like this so I’m trying to eliminate as much steel hanging off as possible cuz it won’t stretch it remember what my mother says what was that say it for louder little by little she says it just just like that Ian little by little I bet it’ll stretch now there we go Tak a little to get our bearings now will work it I see it all right let’s compare that to the fender and see where we’re at yeah that’s good so we need to do a hard Bend right through here this is just way Overkill start bending right from here put a big curve in it so I have a question about what you just did so if there’s too much material then it won’t stretch it makes it increasingly difficult to stretch uh think of it as you know uh laying down the rug in the in the house or spreading a sheet on the bed mhm you got a massive sheet right MH so how you going to do that with a piece of Steel you’re going to have to move little pieces at a time it’s kind of what we’re doing that’s the little by way so see here I’ll have the material all the way in the tool and it barely does anything when you put on the edge it pushes it a lot but it’s going to cause this to wrinkle up that’s why I’m doing that to flatten it then I’ll push it like that flat push it mhm now we got a heck of a curve going thank you for that sir yeah yeah we overshot it completely awesome all right cool so we’re not going to need this and then we’re going to need very little up here I’m talking about almost nothing let’s cut all that back yeah it’s hitting right there it’s hitting right there now I’m going to put this in the vice and capture that and I’m going to try to move this that way so we’re going to lay this in the Vie no because we can’t do that cuz we have to push it up we’ll do it like this no the clamps to the table and then whack it see how it starts to do that action like I mentioned they call it like the pie crust whatever Edge cuz in the perfect world this shrinker would go right here but it’s a curved surface so we’re going to try to give it some love my body [Applause] Hammer you see it’s shrinking it as it’s moving it that way [Music] [Applause] the car and see what happens so last time on the other side I just sliced right there and that could work but I just want to see where we are at in the curve Spectrum yeah so it’s reasonably close this is going to come off off majorly see yeah I think I’m going to attack this I’m going to bang the heck out of that and then I’m going to do one relief slice like I did on the other side just going to work this real quick with the dolly on the bench and I’ll be right back all right so I just put that on the table and just worked a little bit more with the doly but like I did with the rear of the car once I start to lock this in with the welds it’s going to rigidized to be flat then I’m going to push that in first I’m going to give this a little kungu hustle right there [Music] [Music] see this hole right here mhm I’m going to fill that right up I want a lot of strength on that corner even though it’s Overkill I have this big rigid panel holding that that way I come in here now this is held and that’s held do this work in these little ridges back and forth till they’re getting smaller and smaller get in there with a dolly too but I think I’m going to tack this right there where it’s setting up you remember on the other side I put a slice right in one of the high spots so if I’m forced to do that so be it this I can push right there come in and work this [Music] right so now all that’s grabbing I can flatten that right out wish I could get in there with Dolly but I can’t just going to push this down just remember from the other side there’s a big heavy piece of tube in there that’s why I’m able to just flat cool now that’s all attached I wonder if I can’t just Spike that in let’s see I’m going to hit it with that end of the hammer drive it home so it’s a little bit low but I’m confident if I just weld this I can get underneath and pop it right back out [Music] so on the end this will just have a little filler segue and uh I’ll have to come in here and dial that in but we’re going to take off the doors to get into that little fill so that’s well we got a match in rear we got a match in front and that completes our Saga of s oh my gosh what’s going to happen next stay tuned I’m very excited [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] .

5.6 you know they would have a nice uh if it

5.6 I would Heat this whole thing up
5.6 remember I had that lever where I pulled

5.6 imagining that after this was heated to

5.6 tack weld that that that piece of Steel

5.6 underneath with a hammer there&;s room so
5.6 I would try to put some stress and just
5.6 just bring this up just a bit I might
5.6 even have to cut off some of these tack
5.6 welds in this area but I mean for a
5.6 novice like me I&;m getting a
5.6 result is it an
5.6 A+ nope Mr longard let us know in the
5.6 comments yeah I think ideally that would
5.6 come off it would be formed and
5.6 reattached sort of like what I did
5.6 yesterday to get that rise but
5.6 like like the great Jean Winfield says
5.6 and we are giving him total credit every

5.6 I&;m just critiquing myself there&;s
5.6 nothing wrong with that no not at
5.6 all oh you didn&;t catch yesterday&;s
5.6 event this is
5.6 how this is how it happened I levered
5.6 this up so I was saying what if I
5.6 created like a long bridge here and then
5.6 levered it up it just might work I&;m
5.6 going to hold on to this it looks like a
5.6 very tool good tool that you made that
5.6 you might need again whatever it takes
5.6 Jean told me that he would build make
5.6 his own tools to get the job
5.6 done exhibit a
5.6 literally Saga of symmetry take
5.6 one all right so now we&;re going to try
5.6 as we use the paper to template to get a
5.6 gauge of where uh we need to improve
5.6 we&;re going to use some kind of a
5.6 gauge to figure out how we cut that
5.6 thing freehanded we didn&;t take any
5.6 measurements we just we wung it that&;s
5.6 the past tense I&;ve Winged
5.6 It All
5.6 right so looking at this it appears
5.6 there&;s somewhere in this
5.6 area we went something like that oops I
5.6 kicked it a teeny bit I don&;t to about
5.6 the second hole number
5.6 two down here then we&;re about this
5.6 height and we came up and
5.6 over like
5.6 that so I&;m I know that this piece is
5.6 way oversiz of what was applied but
5.6 let&;s just hog that out with the big old
5.6 grinder we&;ll carry on
5.6 [Music]
5.6 so on this side we&;re going to make a
5.6 template this is pretty much again if we
5.6 went back to the videotape we&;d know
5.6 exactly what happened but I remember
5.6 making a number of trims as we figured
5.6 this out so I&;m just going to
5.6 say should we
5.6 take my
5.6 hand I can feel the welds right in here
5.6 see they&;re starting to pop up
5.6 so it&;s like that it&;s like
5.6 that it&;s like
5.6 that right
5.6 around
5.6 cool let&;s do a quick
5.6 cut again doesn&;t have to be
5.6 perfect as long as it comes in close
5.6 yeah darn
5.6 close cool yeah so there it is got some
5.6 welds
5.6 showing that&;s that it comes right into
5.6 the running board we&;re going to put
5.6 that on the other
5.6 Fender all right so that&;s kind of where
5.6 we&;re
5.6 at I&;m going to take this bring that
5.6 straighter
5.6 that cool let&;s cut that off
5.6 oh
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 you like that karate kick huh
5.6 I can&;t hear you
5.6 Thea yes
5.6 [Applause]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 all
5.6 [Music]
5.6 right I just had a little
5.6 quiz who knows what these came
5.6 from
5.6 o they look like washers but they&;re not
5.6 cuz washers look like
5.6 that so Jamie in her editing magic is
5.6 going to show what those came
5.6 for that&;s right they are the cutouts
5.6 from the floor of the space junkie
5.6 1.5 we&;ve got a lot of them so when we
5.6 used the whole saw in the chassis rails
5.6 out popped one of these every time and
5.6 we welded in those little
5.6 cups
5.6 so that&;s about how important they are
5.6 I&;m going to clean all this
5.6 up Jamie why don&;t you
5.6 go take a take a rest it&;s going to get
5.6 very messy in here that seemed like it
5.6 was very gross piece of cake so I got
5.6 all this cleaned up open the doors
5.6 evacuated the air let&;s put this on and
5.6 see what&;s
5.6 developing one thing I didn&;t think was
5.6 uh I made this cut first where on the
5.6 other side I made this cut last if you
5.6 remember yeah I was having a peak so
5.6 hopefully I didn&;t cut that too
5.6 much let&;s
5.6 explore now we&;re good we&;re good we&;re
5.6 good we&;re good cool down here though
5.6 H now I can make that work
5.6 yeah that&;s right cuz I made those two
5.6 bottoms over there that&;s what it was
5.6 okay so that slant of the fender comes
5.6 right into the corner of the door jam
5.6 then we created the running board
5.6 extension so I have to cut this off
5.6 flush
5.6 but yeah so I&;m going to come in right
5.6 here going to go bada bing bada boom
5.6 [Music]
5.6 all
5.6 right let&;s try that
5.6 again that landed right
5.6 there in like
5.6 that yeah
5.6 cool just like
5.6 that all right so
5.6 looking we can see the gaps on both
5.6 sides so I&;m going to come in and trim
5.6 this
5.6 all
5.6 way like
5.6 so yeah look at
5.6 that
5.6 nice nice all right so that looks good
5.6 this looks good now let&;s get into
5.6 this now we want to take
5.6 this
5.6 back where is
5.6 that somewhere in
5.6 here do this in baby
5.6 steps just going to chop this off quick
5.6 and then use the H here
5.6 okay cooling by how much sand Mark is
5.6 showing
5.6 beneath it&;s going to be somewhere in
5.6 there and this looks
5.6 good right there
5.6 I&;m
5.6 excited yeah it&;s getting close
5.6 yeah
5.6 cool give me a little relief right
5.6 here yeah all right I think I&;m going to
5.6 tack
5.6 this tack it in the corner here I&;m
5.6 going to start working it through cuz
5.6 this level&;s good we have to build that
5.6 same
5.6 thing so I&;m looking at these two bolts
5.6 and I want to compare that to the other
5.6 side so we got uh just about that much
5.6 below that Bolt so let&;s mimic
5.6 that look it&;s about that much below
5.6 that bolt cuz I saw it was making a
5.6 perfect intersection with that edge
5.6 all
5.6 right so looking at
5.6 this looks like we&;re going to start
5.6 cutting into here to bring these into
5.6 conjunction
5.6 look there&;s a line right
5.6 there all
5.6 right remember baby steps I feel like
5.6 you need a bigger metal scrap bucket I&;m
5.6 just saying and you need multitude of
5.6 them I told you I was horrible at
5.6 basketball around cuz um cuz um what
5.6 does it even count if it&;s laying over
5.6 there oh wait no this isn&;t scrap I been
5.6 kicking a lot of scrap out of the way
5.6 you kicked the scrap out of this
5.6 [Laughter]
5.6 shop
5.6 yeah I like
5.6 that smells like something&;s
5.6 burning huh but there&;s leaves in that
5.6 car so look what happen happened
5.6 here I&;m going to address that first
5.6 when I removed that part of the uh
5.6 Fender brace that tip down we&;re going
5.6 to want to tip it up we&;re going to need
5.6 a hook and I have a hook right over
5.6 here this a dual purpose
5.6 hook it reaches up into the ceiling fan
5.6 to stop it from
5.6 spinning and it&;s a fender razor
5.6 Ender lifter
5.6 hook I
5.6 think I can get these grips on
5.6 there there it is H got
5.6 it see that move
5.6 before Oh My Gosh your shoe is on fire
5.6 no it
5.6 isn&;t right maybe a little bit whoa na
5.6 it ceiling fan hook for the
5.6 win put it back in its
5.6 [Music]
5.6 holster cool we leave that in there for
5.6 the moment
5.6 so feel like this is still a little bit
5.6 pronounced see how much we can
5.6 snip that&;s right on the edge this is
5.6 right
5.6 to the other cut mark
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 here are you can hear that like very
5.6 clear now
5.6 [Music]
5.6 so you turned your welder up do you
5.6 tell so when I&;m uh lapping metal I tend
5.6 to keep the welder reasonably hot uh up
5.6 to 17
5.6 volts but now uh the panels are not laed
5.6 they&;re butt welded so the chance for
5.6 the arc to go right between it with a
5.6 lot of heat is increased so I lower the
5.6 volts thusly decreasing the potential
5.6 for burn
5.6 through
5.6 lovely all
5.6 right let&;s take these screws out
5.6 run that
5.6 grinder right through
5.6 there put it
5.6 [Music]
5.6 together is it is it a sign of
5.6 immaturity to com constantly have
5.6 peewee&;s big adventure on your
5.6 [Laughter]
5.6 brain did you sign say a sign of
5.6 immaturity or a sign of maturity or just
5.6 gener mental
5.6 illness so what I was about to say is
5.6 typically I will lap the
5.6 welds but when you butt weld it gets rid
5.6 of that little lapped
5.6 Edge so this is a perfect opportunity to
5.6 talk about your big butt
5.6 Simone see getting that
5.6 so I use this in the in the Gap to line
5.6 them
5.6 up I think I&;ve been through this before
5.6 but see I&;m putting it in between the
5.6 panels and I&;m raising the lower of the
5.6 two to get them level
5.6 like
5.6 that cool
5.6 all right so that&;s going to need some
5.6 hammer and Dolly work but I&;m going to
5.6 lift it take the tire off that&;s a later
5.6 time
5.6 story put a big old clamp on this and
5.6 see what happens so I just so e and I
5.6 finally understand butt welding after
5.6 seeing it this many times like it it
5.6 clicks ah yeah and what were you going
5.6 to say
5.6 on the fender the the the piece was
5.6 coming so the caddy Founder&;s rolling
5.6 down this piece is coming up and they
5.6 were lapped they&;re lapped over so I cut
5.6 away and now they
5.6 went the butt
5.6 [Applause]
5.6 weld see how close we
5.6 were again that Gap see that Gap uh-huh
5.6 ooh
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 see what I had here was that little Gap
5.6 little miscut right through here but
5.6 able to fill that up now
5.6 slowly so even though this looks like
5.6 that the surface is
5.6 aligned let me get in and clamp that let
5.6 all this cool down
5.6 [Music]
5.6 just going have to wait slowly on that
5.6 area
5.6 cool so last time we made a template
5.6 here I think we&;re going to do the same
5.6 thing so we want
5.6 this we want this
5.6 we want
5.6 this all right cool so looks like we&;re
5.6 going to take this off right
5.6 here cool
5.6 so I got to trim that I don&;t like
5.6 that all right
5.6 so our flat or horizontal line will be
5.6 represented by
5.6 this
5.6 then this because we can&;t bend the
5.6 paper and shrink it at the same time we
5.6 can only shrink the metal this is pretty
5.6 much going to do
5.6 that dig mhm cool oh how do we do the
5.6 other side you remember no come over I
5.6 make it in two
5.6 pieces oh it&;s all a mystery
5.6 it&;s like a archaological
5.6 dig ah so I bet I made an L I made a L
5.6 shape and I stretched that and I nipped
5.6 it
5.6 there so let&;s do
5.6 it so looking at this piece here all
5.6 right everybody hold on this is the best
5.6 part of the
5.6 trip so the widest portion of our L
5.6 shape is going to be that so we&;re going
5.6 to want to cut this
5.6 here like
5.6 so but we&;re going to want to cut it
5.6 last because we want a straight shot on
5.6 the brake right through
5.6 here let&;s put that on the
5.6 brake so I&;m going to put that at 90°
5.6 for the
5.6 moment all
5.6 right so now
5.6 let&;s put
5.6 this in the
5.6 shear so what I didn&;t realize is this
5.6 piece of the shear is going to limit our
5.6 potential so I&;m just going to work off
5.6 of
5.6 that I don&;t know it&;s not working out
5.6 the same as it did on the other side
5.6 let&;s see what we can do here I don&;t
5.6 remember it being this complicated on
5.6 the other side
5.6 that&;s why we&;re covering
5.6 this yeah it&;s over that
5.6 cool
5.6 okay
5.6 so I don&;t remember being this
5.6 difficult so we&;re going to want
5.6 something like this so I&;m trying to
5.6 eliminate as much steel hanging off as
5.6 possible cuz it won&;t stretch
5.6 it remember what my mother
5.6 says what was that say it for
5.6 louder little by
5.6 little she says it just just like that
5.6 Ian little by
5.6 little I bet it&;ll stretch
5.6 now there we
5.6 go Tak a little to get our
5.6 bearings now will work it I see
5.6 it all right let&;s compare that to the
5.6 fender and see where we&;re
5.6 at yeah that&;s good so we need to do a
5.6 hard Bend right through
5.6 here this is just way
5.6 Overkill start bending right from
5.6 here put a big curve in it so I have a
5.6 question about what you just did so if
5.6 there&;s too much material then it won&;t
5.6 stretch it makes it increasingly
5.6 difficult to stretch uh think of it as
5.6 you know uh laying down the rug in the
5.6 in the house or spreading a sheet on the
5.6 bed mhm
5.6 you got a massive
5.6 sheet right MH so how you going to do
5.6 that with a piece of Steel you&;re going
5.6 to have to move little pieces at a
5.6 time it&;s kind of what we&;re doing
5.6 that&;s the little by way so see here
5.6 I&;ll have the material all the way in
5.6 the tool and it barely does anything
5.6 when you put on the edge it pushes it a
5.6 lot but it&;s going to cause this to
5.6 wrinkle up that&;s why I&;m doing that to
5.6 flatten it then I&;ll push it like that
5.6 flat push
5.6 it mhm now we got a heck of a curve
5.6 going thank you for that sir yeah yeah
5.6 we overshot it completely awesome all
5.6 right cool so we&;re not going to need
5.6 this and then we&;re going to need very
5.6 little up
5.6 here I&;m talking
5.6 about almost
5.6 nothing let&;s cut all that back
5.6 yeah it&;s hitting right there it&;s
5.6 hitting right there now I&;m going to put
5.6 this in the vice and capture that and
5.6 I&;m going to try to move this that
5.6 way so we&;re going to lay this in the
5.6 Vie no because we can&;t do that cuz we
5.6 have to push it
5.6 up we&;ll do it like this
5.6 no the clamps to the table and then
5.6 whack
5.6 it see how it starts to do that action
5.6 like I mentioned they call it like the
5.6 pie crust whatever
5.6 Edge cuz in the perfect world this
5.6 shrinker would go right here but it&;s a
5.6 curved
5.6 surface so we&;re going to try to give it
5.6 some love
5.6 my body
5.6 [Applause]
5.6 Hammer you see it&;s shrinking it as it&;s
5.6 moving it that way
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Applause]
5.6 the car and see what happens so last
5.6 time on the other side I just sliced
5.6 right there and that could work but I
5.6 just want to see where we are at in the
5.6 curve
5.6 Spectrum yeah so it&;s reasonably
5.6 close this is going to come off
5.6 off
5.6 majorly
5.6 see
5.6 yeah I think I&;m going to attack this
5.6 I&;m going to bang the heck out of that
5.6 and then I&;m going to do one relief
5.6 slice like I did on the other
5.6 side just going to work this real quick
5.6 with the dolly on the bench and I&;ll be
5.6 right back all right so I just put that
5.6 on the table and just worked a little
5.6 bit more with the doly but like I did
5.6 with the rear of the car once I start to
5.6 lock this in with the
5.6 welds it&;s going to rigidized to be flat
5.6 then I&;m going to push that in first I&;m
5.6 going to give this a
5.6 little kungu hustle right there
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 see this hole right here mhm I&;m going
5.6 to fill that right
5.6 up I want a lot of strength on that
5.6 corner
5.6 even though it&;s Overkill I have this
5.6 big rigid panel holding that that way I
5.6 come in here now this is held and that&;s
5.6 held do this work in these little ridges
5.6 back and forth till they&;re getting
5.6 smaller and
5.6 smaller get in there with a dolly too
5.6 but I think I&;m going to tack this right
5.6 there where it&;s setting up you remember
5.6 on the other side I put a slice right in
5.6 one of the high spots so if I&;m forced
5.6 to do that so be
5.6 it this I can push right
5.6 there come in and work this
5.6 [Music]
5.6 right so now all that&;s grabbing I can
5.6 flatten that right out
5.6 wish I could get in there with Dolly but
5.6 I can&;t just going to push this
5.6 down just remember from the other side
5.6 there&;s a big heavy piece of tube in
5.6 there that&;s why I&;m able to just
5.6 flat cool now that&;s all attached I
5.6 wonder if I can&;t just Spike that in
5.6 let&;s
5.6 see I&;m going to hit it with that end of
5.6 the hammer
5.6 drive it home so it&;s a little bit low
5.6 but I&;m confident if I just weld this I
5.6 can get underneath and pop it right back
5.6 out
5.6 [Music]
5.6 so on the end this will just have a
5.6 little filler segue and uh I&;ll have to
5.6 come in here and dial that in but we&;re
5.6 going to take off the doors to get into
5.6 that little
5.6 fill so
5.6 that&;s well we got a match in rear we
5.6 got a match in front
5.6 and
5.6 that completes our Saga of s oh my gosh
5.6 what&;s going to happen next stay tuned
5.6 I&;m very excited
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
5.6 oh
5.6 [Music]
5.6 [Music]
